Quarantine report

The Seabix AG Mail Quarantine Report is intended to inform you about e-mails that were classified as spam when they arrived and were then held back for delivery. If there is no spam in your quarantine folder, you will not receive the report. The report gives you options for managing emails that are considered spam.

To deliver a message that has been quarantined, open the report, locate the message that you want to deliver, and then click Deliver.
With the whitelist, all future e-mails from a specific sender can be delivered. To whitelist a sender, open the report, find the message you want to whitelist, and then click Whitelist.
With the blacklist, all future e-mails from a specific sender can be blocked for delivery. To blacklist a sender, open the report, find the message you want to blacklist, and then click Blacklist.
Incoming emails that were sent from an address on the blacklist are no longer listed on the quarantine report.
To delete a quarantined message, open the report, locate the message you want to remove, and click Delete.

To get a current report showing all entries at any time, open the report and click on the lower left link (6). A new quarantine report is then triggered.

This quarantine report contains all emails in the quarantine.

To get a current report showing all new entries at any time, open the report and click on the lower right link (7). A new quarantine report is then triggered.

This quarantine report contains all e-mails in the quarantine that have arrived since the last report.

The spam filter learns with every action that is used for a spam mail. We recommend that you take an action on every spam email.
