1. How does Secure Link protection work?

All customers who operate their e-mail service at Seabix are protected against phishing by Secure Link. Upon receipt, our gateways check an e-mail in a multi-level security process. One of them is Secure Link.

With Secure Link, all links in an e-mail are replaced by a so-called secure link.

Now, when an end user clicks on this link, the original link is checked against all known global phishing databases. If he is sure, the user will be redirected to the target page. Otherwise he sees a block page like below. This gives your users even better protection against phishing.
