1. General starting position

Without control and analysis there is no strategy. Any good strategy requires control and analysis . That's why Wildix provides you with efficient tools that provide you with information about your employees' call activity. For example, you can see the phone number, call duration, call type and cost of all incoming and outgoing calls.


CDR-View provides information on phone number, call duration, call type and costs of incoming and outgoing calls, clearly presented in diagrams and data tables.

It supports management in the analysis of certain events or general call behavior within the company and can also use its information to accelerate strategic decisions.


The use of CDR-View is subject to a fee and is only activated with a suitable license, this is described here .

2. How do I get to CDR View

Click on the arrow next to Settings to open the tool view, select CDR-View here.

3. Generate reports

CDR-View can also create reports for costs - please note that these calculations are not accurate, the so-called rating is not made on Wildix, but in our core systems according to current tariffs.

  • Call list (by period, e.g. today, this week, this month)
  • By Time (Today, This Week, This Month)
  • By Group (Today, This Week, This Month)
  • External Calls (Error, Missed, Voicemail)
  • Outgoing calls (by country, call class)
  • Incoming calls (by country, call class)

5. Possible filtering

You can filter by the following attributes:

  • Direction (inbound, outbound, internal, etc.)
  • Services (Call, Voicemail)
  • tags
  • speaking time
  • time period

To reset the filters select Reset and to apply the filters select Apply.

6. Directional Filter

Search by number, group or name as shown:

A wildcard search is also possible, use the % symbol for this. eg 55% for all numbers starting with 55.

7. Grouping Attributes & Metrics

You can make the following groupings:

  • Day
  • Hour
  • weekday
  • Week
  • Month
  • specific month
  • Year
  • user
  • group
  • company
  • country

The following metrics are available:

  • number of events
  • Speaking time per event

8. Graphs

You can also get the data presented in the form of graphs, either as a data grid or as charts (lines, area charts, pie charts, bar charts, column charts)

9. Sync & Settings

Choose Update to sync the latest events and choose Settings to define the sync period, the SLA and the number of seconds to show a call as missed.
