1. Filtering of data

After logging in to the analysis dashboard, please proceed as follows to filter time periods:

• At the top, click Today
  
  
• Either select a specified period ( relative time ranges ) or filter manually ( absolute time range ).
• For manual filtering, click in the From field to select a day
• Double click on the appropriate tag> From / To field are now set to a day.
  
  
• The From and To fields can now be adjusted as required (e.g. longer period than just one day or a special time (e.g. 07:00 - 08:00)
• Once From / To are set correctly, click Apply Time Range

2. Export of data

• In the Calls table, click Calls> Inspect> Data
  
  
• Now click on Download CSV
