1. General Information
Festnetz+ + Collaboration allows the creation and use of video conferences directly from Collaboration.
2. Creation of a conference
To create a conference, click on the conference button in the Collaboration menu bar:
Now select "New Conference":
Capture the details of the conference and confirm with the hack. Enter any people you would like to invite here. 
3. Start the conference
To start the conference, click on it in the conference list:

Below you can see the user interface of the conference with the various functions:

4. Join a video conference using the mobile app
Moderator must join from desktop
At least one member of the conference (usually the moderator) must participate in the conference from the desktop.
If you want to take part in a video conference from a smartphone or tablet, you need the right app, download it from the relevant app store.

If you now click on the appropriate URL in an e-mail or an Outlook invitation, you will be asked whether you want to open the conference with the app or in the browser. Select "Join the meeting with the app".
Now we open the app. The session key is already entered. Enter your name once and then select Join.
