1. General recommendations

  • Cellular phone technology is evolving at a rapid pace. We therefore recommend using a mobile phone that supports at least 5G and is not older than 2 years.
  • Certain cell phones do not support 5G when using the dual SIM function. Please clarify this with the device manufacturer before purchasing.

2. Reboot device

2. Update carrier settings

If you switch to Seabix Mobile, you will receive a new version of the App Carrier Services via Google Play. This is a mandatory process, perform the update

In any case, check whether this process has been completed. To do this, proceed as follows:
  • Make sure the Android mobile phone is connected to the network
  • Tap "Google Play" and search for "Carrier Services"
  • Installed is displayed here, if Refresh is displayed here the carrier services are not up to date. In this case, click on update.
