Please note that the app needs to access your position in order to locate the network feedback. If you don't want that, don't install the app.
Sunrise offers an app (Sunrise mobile network) that enables customers to provide feedback on the network autonomously. Download the app as follows:
A one-time verification process is necessary after the download. You will receive a code via SMS that activates the app. In the app you then have the option to check whether 5G is available at the local location, to carry out a speed test or to give network feedback:
