Instructions for your mailbox / combox

Here you can find the help article if you are looking for the detailed settings of your mailbox.

What does the caller hear if no call diversions are set?

You are out of range and someone is calling you on your mobile phone. What does the caller hear? Essentially, the caller's provider decides which message the caller gets to hear. He does this on the basis of a status code that our network makes available to him. Seabix therefore has no influence on the texts of third-party providers. If you want to ensure that it is forwarded to Voicemail, you must set the appropriate call forwarding using the instructions below.

What is activated as standard?

By default, all conditional call diversions are forwarded to the mailbox.

What do call diversions do?

Call diversions ensure that a caller is forwarded to a predefined number if the desired subscriber cannot be reached. This can be interrupted at any time by hanging up the connection. In the case of the mailbox, call forwarding is used so that the caller is forwarded to the mailbox if the rule is activated so that he can leave a voice message. Individual call diversions as well as packet diversions or packet diversions predefined by the provider are available on the network. Such call diversions can be configured graphically. However, these instructions would differ from device to device, which is why we have listed the SMS codes below in order to be able to activate call forwarding via SMS.
